Stephen Theall has over 15 years of experience in the education field. Stephen started their career as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Laney College in 2003 and later served as an Assistant Baseball Coach and Adjunct Instructor at California State University - East Bay. Stephen then worked as a Physical Education Teacher and Head Varsity Baseball Coach at San Lorenzo Unified School District from 2007 to 2012. Stephen also had teaching and coaching roles at New Haven Unified School District and Manteca Unified School District, where they taught Mathematics and coached baseball. Currently, they are employed at Tracy Unified School District as the Principal, after serving as an Assistant Principal for 2 years.
Stephen Theall has a diverse and extensive education history. In 2002, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Curriculum from Laney College. In 2004, they graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from California State University - East Bay. Stephen then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Kinesiology from the same university, which they completed in 2007. In 2006, they also achieved a Teaching Credential from National University. Most recently, in 2016, Stephen obtained an Administrative Services Credential from California State University - East Bay, specializing in Educational Leadership and Administration. Stephen has also obtained additional certifications in areas such as Academic Language Building from AVID Center, received in 2021, and Leadership from AVID Center, attained in 2020.
