Dana Michael, CPA

Dana Michael, CPA has worked in the accounting field for over 35 years. Dana began their career in 1983 as a Staff Accountant at Price Waterhouse Coopers. In 1985, they moved to Deloitte & Touche where they were promoted to Senior Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services Group. In 1994, they joined Ernst & Young as a Principal. In 2003, they became a Senior Operational Risk Manager at Swiss Re. In 2006, they joined the University of Pennsylvania as a Board Member and Vice President of Governance for the Penn Alumni organization. In 2018, they became the Chief Financial Officer and Member Advisory Board of the Trade Exchange Group, Inc. Additionally, they have served on the Board of the Wharton Club of New York since 1995, chairing the Nominating Committee, Audit Committee, Investments Committee, and serving as Treasurer.

Dana Michael obtained a BS in Accounting/Management from The Wharton School between 1978 and 1982. Dana has also taken Board Member Training courses from Wharton Executive Education and CEO Connection. In addition, Dana Michael is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
