Michelle is a customer success leader who seeks to use data + empathy to establish and grow strong customer relationships. Michelle has a background in science (PhD from MIT), strategy consulting, and mission-driven tech-startups (Jobcase and Knack) and has worked with many types of customers: from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses to global non-profits.
