Camilla Anderlini

Camilla Anderlini is a seasoned talent partner with extensive experience in human resources, recruitment, and organizational management. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at Trade Me since October 2022, Camilla previously held the position of Acting Volunteer Recruitment Manager at VSA, managing recruitment advisers and improving organizational projects. At VizExplorer, from December 2014 to January 2020, Camilla was a Senior Vice President, overseeing global HR operations and significantly reducing recruitment costs. Earlier roles include Client Manager at Beyond Recruitment, Benchmark Consultant at Tribal Education, Verification Loan Officer at Shell Vacations Club, and Workers Compensation Case Manager at Gallagher Bassett. Camilla holds a BA in Criminology and Religious Studies from Victoria University of Wellington.
