Nick Hopkins

Nick Hopkins is a seasoned professional in people experience and organizational development, currently serving as People Experience Lead and previously as Senior People Experience Advisor at Trade Me since August 2021. Prior to this, Nick held roles at FMG (Farmers Mutual Group) as an Organisational Development Consultant and Learning Architect from September 2017 to August 2021, and worked as an Advisor for Organisational Development at NZ Police for part of 2017. Earlier experience includes a Learning and Development Designer position at the Department of Corrections in New Zealand, alongside various event coordination roles at New Plymouth District Council and Taranaki Arts Festival Trust. Nick began in the field through a Human Resources internship and contributed to digital media efforts with the New Zealand Red Cross. Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations and Management from Victoria University of Wellington, obtained between 2012 and 2015.
