Konstantin Kölsch

Konstantin Kölsch is a professional with extensive experience in product operations and central operations management. Currently serving as a Manager of Product Operations at Trade Republic since May 2025, Konstantin previously held the position of Senior Central Operations Manager at Uber, where responsibilities included leading marketplace portfolios in EMEA and overseeing mobility marketplace management with a focus on investment and pricing strategies. Konstantin's experience also includes internships in analytics operations and data quality assurance at companies such as Nike and Incenda AI, where skills in process automation, performance analysis, and financial reporting were developed. Konstantin holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and completed the German Abitur at Dietrich-Bonhoeffer-Gymnasium Oberasbach.
