Tom Supplitt

Tom Supplitt is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in financial supervision and risk strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Risk Specialist in the CRO Office at Trade Republic since December 2021, Tom has held various roles within the organization, providing expertise in risk governance, ICAAP, and audit coordination. Prior to Trade Republic, Tom worked at Deutsche Bundesbank from October 2015 to November 2021, where responsibilities included analyzing financial statements, monitoring regulatory compliance, and collaborating on bank supervision. Tom also completed an integrated degree program with a specialization in banking supervision at Hochschule der Deutschen Bundesbank and holds a Master's degree in Financial Management and Accounting from NORDAKADEMIE Graduate School. Additionally, Tom gained experience as an intern at the Malta Financial Services Authority.
