Caitlin Kelley

Caitlin Kelley has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Caitlin is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TradeCentric, where they help businesses transform their transaction processes through automation. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Generalist II at Rampart Supply, providing HR support to multiple locations. Before that, Caitlin held roles at Envision Radiology, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Corporate Recruiter. Caitlin also has experience at Robert Half, where they served as a Recruiting Manager for Robert Half Technology, Division Director for OfficeTeam, and Staffing Manager for Accountemps and Office Team.

Caitlin Kelley completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) at the University of Phoenix from 2008 to 2010. Caitlin later obtained a certification in Employing Abilities at Work from SHRM in May 2023.
