Stuart Baker is an experienced operations and talent development leader with a comprehensive background in various management roles within the construction and flooring industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations at TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring since January 2019, Stuart has previously held positions such as Director at Constituo Solutions Ltd and Head of Talent and Development at SIG plc, where significant contributions included driving people strategy and leading ERP implementation across 300 branches. Stuart's extensive career at SIG plc also encompassed roles in operational business development, regional management, and branch management, demonstrating a strong track record in sales growth, project management, and organizational integration skills.
