Karen Alsept, SPHR has had a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Karen started their career at Target in 2003 as a Human Resource Manager and worked there until 2007. In 2007, they joined The David J. Joseph Co. as a Human Resources professional. Karen then moved to Texas Port Recycling, a subsidiary of The David J. Joseph Co., where they served as the Human Resources Director from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, Karen joined Trademark Metals Recycling LLC. as the Human Resources Director, where they continue to work.
Karen Alsept, SPHR obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Karen attended the college from 1996 to 1998.
