Nick Nicolosi

Nick Nicolosi is an experienced General Manager currently serving at Trademark Property Company since February 2021, overseeing North Point. Prior to this role, Nick held the position of General Manager for North Point Mall at Brookfield Properties from March 2008 to February 2021, and previously worked at Simon Property Group in various managerial roles across multiple malls from July 2003 to March 2008. Nick earned an MBA in Finance and Logistics & Transportation from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, where an earlier BS in Finance was also obtained. Nick completed secondary education at Cherokee High School.
