Philip Welch

Philip Welch is currently serving as the Vice President of Multifamily & Mixed-Use at Trademark Property Company. Prior to this, Philip held various positions at Weis Builders from 2012 to 2021, including Director of Preconstruction, Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, and Project Engineer. Philip also interned at Weis Builders during their time at Texas A&M University, where Philip earned their Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science.
