Prior to that, Weston owned Weston Graves Real Estate & Design, focusing on residential and commercial real estate, planning & zoning, and architectural consultation. With a background in architecture, Weston has held positions such as VP Operations at Warren Wilke & Associates and Project Manager at Architecture Demarest. Weston earned a M-ARCH degree from Texas Tech University.
