Juan Aguilar is an experienced operating engineer with a strong background in managing and maintaining HVAC systems for various properties. Currently serving as an Operating Engineer at the Federal Reserve System since March 2018 and at Trademasters Service, Inc. since August 2016, Juan has previously held significant roles including Chief Engineer and Lead HVAC Engineer at Complete Building Services from February 2006 to March 2018. Expertise includes maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing large chilled water plants, steam boiler plants, and cooling systems, along with managing personnel and vendors for new construction projects.
