Russell Williams has extensive work experience in supply chain management and business development. Russell currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Development at Tradepoint Atlantic since 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Worthington Armstrong Venture from 2016 to 2018 as the North American Supply Chain Manager. In this role, they successfully managed production planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations, resulting in cost savings and improved customer service metrics. From 2013 to 2016, Russell served as the Business Unit Supply Chain Manager at Worthington Armstrong Venture, where they led the integration of supply chain operations for a newly acquired business unit. Russell also held the position of Supply Chain Analyst at the same company from 2013 to 2015. Russell began their career at Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Procurement Agent from 2010 to 2011 and later as a Supply Chain Program Planner from 2011 to 2012.
Russell Williams completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Maryland from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the same university between 2006 and 2010. Russell'seducation history also includes attending Friends School of Baltimore from 2002 to 2006, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period.
