Caleb Wiley

Caleb Wiley is the current Director of Construction at Trader Joe's. Caleb has also worked as a Senior Project Manager at vineyard vines. In this role, they were responsible for managing individual project design strategy and tactical construction execution for all new stores and existing remodels. Caleb also oversaw the management of construction budgets, forecasts, actual expenditures and change orders.

In their current role as Director of Construction at Trader Joe's, Caleb is responsible for leading a team of construction professionals in the planning and execution of construction projects for new stores, remodels, and other facility improvements. Caleb works closely with architects, vendors, and general contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Caleb is also responsible for travel management in support of project assignments and communicating schedule updates to the team.

Under Caleb's leadership, the construction team at Trader Joe's has been able to streamline the store-planning process and improve the quality of customer experience. Caleb is an effective leader and communicator who is able to resolve conflicts and provide guidance and resolutions to construction and design field issues. Caleb is an expert in their field and has annualy managed between 12-15 stores nationwide.

Their manager is Jon Basalone, President of Stores. They are on a team with and Bob Denio - Director of Operations.
