Catherine Rhodes

Catherine Rhodes is an accomplished professional in the food and beverage retail industry, currently serving as Vice President of Merchandising at Trader Joe's since June 2011. In this role, Catherine has excelled as a product developer, launching over 125 successful products annually across various categories, including innovative items like Cookie Butter Beer and Hearts of Palm Pasta. Prior to Trader Joe's, Catherine held significant positions at Uppercrust Productions as General Store Manager and Bistro Chef, where responsibilities included sourcing and merchandising specialty foods, and achieving profit growth during economic challenges. Catherine also gained valuable experience as Assistant Store Manager at Whole Foods Market, overseeing management operations in multiple stores.
