Michelle Paolucci, CHRL has a strong and diverse background in human resources, with over 20 years of experience. Michelle began their career in 1996 as a Human Resources Assistant at Paramount Canada's Wonderland. From there, they progressed to roles such as HR Generalist at Royal Group Technologies and Human Resources Manager at Dolce International. In 2005, Michelle joined Auto Trader as a Senior Manager of Human Resources, where they played a key role in the company's HR initiatives for almost a decade. In 2014, they were promoted to Director, Human Resources Programs & Services at autoTRADER.ca, where they currently work. Overall, Michelle has developed a broad skill set and a wealth of experience in HR, making their a valuable asset to any organization.
Michelle Paolucci, CHRL has an Hon BA in Psychology/Human Resources from York University. Michelle also completed a Human Resources Management Post Degree Program at Seneca College. In addition, they hold the certification of Certified Human Resources Professional from the Human Resources Professionals Association, which they obtained in September 2003.
