Chrp Shahana Baskaran

Shahana Baskaran, CHRP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Shahana started their career at ANN INC (Ann Taylor | LOFT | Lou & Grey) in 2013 as a Sales Associate and remained in this position until September 2016. In 2015, they joined Appco Group North America as a Recruitment Administrator, where they worked until October 2016. In 2016, they joined autoTRADER.ca as a Human Resources Coordinator and later moved up to the role of Human Resources Consultant. Currently, they serve as a People & Experience Partner at autoTRADER.ca, a position they have held since March 2021. Additionally, in 2013, Shahana briefly worked as an Administrative Assistant at neLOOK photography. Overall, Shahana's work experience demonstrates their versatility and expertise in human resources and administration.

Shahana Baskaran, CHRP studied at Ryerson University from 2010 to 2015 and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree. Shahana'sfield of study encompassed Human Resources Management and Marketing Management. In March 2019, they also received the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification from HRPA Toronto Chapter, which is the Human Resources Professional Association.
