Lisa Biswanger has a diverse and extensive work experience in various finance and leadership roles. Lisa started their career as a Sales Executive at Hausco Enterprises Co., Ltd. Hong Kong, where they sourced factories for international clients. Lisa then worked at SolarWorld Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., initially as a Project Leader for a rural electrification project in Vietnam and later as the Head of Corporate Finance and Customer Service, Director of Finance, and Manager of Corporate Development. In these roles, they supervised finance and accounting activities, led ERP software implementation, managed investment appraisals, and developed business relationships with financial institutions and investors. Lisa then joined adidas group as a Senior Manager in the Project Management Office and later as the Finance partner for the global eCommerce leadership team. Lisa was responsible for budget planning, P&L analysis, and strategic decision-making. Lisa further expanded their experience in finance at Kijiji Canada, where they served as the Business Performance Manager and Head of FP&A and Controlling. Lisa also worked at eBay as the Head of FP&A eBay Kleinanzeigen and Head of Emerging Markets FP&A, eBay Classifieds. Currently, Lisa is the VP Financial Planning & Analysis at AutoTrader.ca. Overall, they have a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development in both global and regional settings.

From 2011 to 2012, Lisa attended the Said Business School - University of Oxford and obtained an Oxford Diploma in Financial Strategy.

In 2014, Lisa participated in a personal development program called "Lead like a River" in the High Atlas Mountains, Morocco. This program was offered by People Brands.

From 2003 to 2008, Lisa studied at Konstanz University of Applied Sciences in Konstanz, Germany. Lisa obtained a German Diplom, which is the highest obtainable undergraduate degree in Germany. Their field of study was Business and Communication in Asia/Chinese.
