Shawn Guo (Yi)

Shawn (Yi) Guo, CPA has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Shawn (Yi) currently holds the position of Manager, FP&A at AutoTrader.ca, where they started in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager, Financial Reporting at Northland Power Inc. from December 2020 to December 2021.

From November 2019 to November 2020, Shawn worked at The Stars Group as the Finance Manager, External Reporting, and prior to that, they held the position of Senior Financial Analyst, External Reporting from October 2018 to November 2019.

Before joining The Stars Group, Shawn worked as a Senior Accountant at AGF Investments Inc. from May 2017 to October 2018.

Their professional journey began at PwC where they worked as an Experienced Assurance Associate from October 2016 to March 2017. Prior to that, Shawn worked at Harry Chang, CA, where they held the positions of Manager from December 2015 to October 2016 and Staff Accountant from February 2014 to December 2015.

Shawn (Yi) Guo, CPA, pursued their education at Western University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained an Honours Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies degree with a field of study in Accounting. In April 2018, Shawn earned their CPA certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario).
