Abubakar Samoon

Abubakar Samoon is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in finance management and analysis across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at BD since May 2022, Abubakar has previously held significant roles including Managing Partner Finance at Moore Afghanistan, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance at Afghanistan Holding Group, and Finance Manager, overseeing financial operations and resource deployment to meet organizational goals. Abubakar's academic credentials include a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute, Chartered Accountancy from ACCA, and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. Additionally, Abubakar has contributed to academia as a Visiting Lecturer at The American University of Afghanistan and Kardan University, teaching ACCA and CMA papers, as well as accountancy subjects at the Diploma and Bachelor levels.
