Icaro Degasperi

Icaro Degasperi is an experienced product management professional with a strong background in leading product development and user experience teams. Currently serving as Director of Product Management for Integrations and Babelway at Tradeshift since January 2021, Icaro also holds the position of Head of Product at Babelway since April 2017, where responsibilities include defining strategic vision, prioritizing product roadmaps, and implementing product metrics. Previous roles include Product Owner at StepStone and Senior Digital Product Manager at Wolters Kluwer Transport Services, where Icaro managed product lifecycles and drove innovation. Icaro also has experience as an International Digital Project/Product Manager at Sodexo Motivation Solutions and various roles at Bisnode Interact focusing on client relations and team operations. Icaro holds a BA in Marketing Management from Oxford Brookes University and has completed studies at Trinity University and St. John's International School.
