Mallika Reddy Fawcett

Mallika Reddy Fawcett has extensive legal experience, starting as a Summer Associate at Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP in 2012. Mallika Reddy then worked as an Associate Attorney at the same firm from 2013 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Tradesmen International as an Associate Corporate Counsel, later progressing to Senior Counsel and ultimately becoming the Vice President, Associate General Counsel in 2023. Mallika has a strong background in corporate transactions, compliance, finance, employment, and strategy, focusing on aligning legal strategies with business objectives to drive effective results.
