Marty Wick

Mr. Wick, Tradesmen International’s Chief Executive Officer, oversees all company operations and new market expansion initiatives. He is active in supporting the strategic development and advancement of the company’s labor-oriented services, which continue to differentiate Tradesmen from all staffing and personnel operations servicing the construction, heavy industrial, and maritime industries.

Prior to joining Tradesmen, Mr. Wick spent nine years with ServiceMaster Corporation, most recently as the COO for Terminix International. Prior to ServiceMaster, Mr. Wick served in leadership roles at Sprint Nextel Corporation and CenturyLink. Mr. Wick started his career in management consulting with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

Mr. Wick holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Virginia and an MBA from Duke University.
