Rob Novicki

Rob Novicki has extensive experience in financial roles, starting as a Sr Store Accounting Associate at Dots in 2000 and progressing to roles such as Financial Analyst Manager, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Director of Finance at companies including Dots, Associated Materials, TestAmerica, and currently Tradesmen International. Their responsibilities have included financial modeling, budget creation, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning.

Rob Novicki holds an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from The University of Akron. Rob also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from the same institution. In 2015, they received a certification as a Certified Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Professional from the Association for Financial Professionals.
