Brett Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2016, Brett worked as a Crew Member at McDonald's, where they focused on maintaining restaurant organization, receiving food orders, and resolving customer complaints. In 2017, they interned at Diver City Aqua Vertical, providing customer education, assisting with marketing plans, and maintaining store organization. Brett then joined Access Management Co in 2017 as a Referral Coordinator, where they led projects to improve department efficiency and created spreadsheets and documents for audits. Brett was promoted to Credentialing Coordinator in 2018 and continued to excel in building efficiency and database management. In 2020, Brett joined FloridaFIN as a Client Relations Manager/Project Coordinator, where they led projects related to marketing, event planning, and increasing efficiency through workflows and reports. In 2021, they joined TradeSmith, LLC as a Customer Success Agent II, and in 2022, they held Project Coordinator roles at Alta and InvestorPlace. Brett Hughes completed their Bachelor's degree in Small Business Administration/Management from Rasmussen University between 2017 and 2019. During this time, they also obtained a Diploma in Project Management from Alison Online Learning in the year 2018. In 2023, they received additional certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in June, and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, also from CSSC, in April.
