Mario Hernandez has a solid work history with experience in various technical roles. Mario started their career at Convergys in 2012, where they worked as a Customer Service and Problem Resolution Representative. Mario then progressed to become a Lead Problem Resolution Representative and later a Team Leader. In 2015, they joined Intel Corporation as an IT Support Technician, providing 1st and 2nd level support for executives and administrative staff. Mario also took on the role of a System Analyst, where they provided 2nd level support for Warehouse Infrastructure and led improvement efforts for the service in the America region. In 2019, they worked as a DevOps Operations Engineer at Desert Development Company, providing technical support to clients and handling platform upgrades. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Microsoft as an Azure Support Engineer and later as an Azure Technical Advisor, responsible for coaching and mentoring engineers and providing technical support to customers. Currently, they are working as a Site Reliability Engineer at TradeStation.

Mario Hernandez holds a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica, which they earned from 2011 to 2017. Mario then pursued a Masters degree in Information Technology Management at Tecnológico de Costa Rica from 2018 to 2022. In terms of certifications, Mario received the Cisco Certified Network Associate Cyber Ops (CCNA Cyber Ops) certification from Cisco in July 2018. Mario obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2019. Mario also acquired the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in May 2020. In January 2021, they completed the Learning Python certification provided by LinkedIn. Most recently, in March 2022, Mario attained two certifications: the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft and the OpenHack: DevOps from Microsoft OpenHack.
