Natalia Ramírez Vega (She/Her)

Natalia Ramírez Vega has held various roles in different companies over the years. Natalia is currently a Data Engineer Level II at TradeStation since May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Data Engineer at the same company from August 2021 to May 2022. Natalia also has experience as the Founder of the Chapter for the Society of Women in Space Exploration - Costa Rica since May 2019. Natalia has worked as a Junior Data Analyst for McKinsey & Company's Periscope team in the SJO Office from April 2020 to July 2021. Before that, they were an Intern Data Analyst at the same company from November 2019 to March 2020. Natalia has also worked as a Student Worker at Intel Corporation from November 2018 to November 2019. Furthermore, they have experience as a Summer Intern at the Space Telescope Science Institute in 2017 and as a Winter Student at the Grad-Map Winter workshop in 2017.

Natalia Ramírez Vega obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Universidad Fidélitas between 2017 and 2021. Following that, they enrolled in the Instituto de Formación Aeronáutica from 2021 to 2023 to pursue a degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, specifically in the field of Piloto Aviador Profesional (Professional Aviator Pilot).

In addition to their formal education, Natalia also acquired additional certifications. In September 2019, they completed the "Programación para todos (empezando con Python)" course offered by MichiganX. During the same period, they also finished the "Introduction to Aerospace Engineering, Astronautics and Human Spaceflight" course provided by MITx on edX. Furthermore, in June 2019, Natalia obtained the certification "Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Thinking Machines" from Lynda.com.
