Les Barbusinski has worked as a Senior Data Architect, Solution Manager & Architect, Data Warehouse Architect, Metadata Architect, and Data & Application Architect for various companies since 2003. In 2003, Les worked as a Data Warehouse Architect for American Honda, where they designed the data and ETL architecture for a full-featured data warehouse. In 2004, they worked as a Data Warehouse Architect for Thermo Fisher Scientific, designing and developing a 3-terabyte enterprise data warehouse. Later in 2004, Les worked as a Data & Application Architect for Ceridian, designing the process, data, and technical architecture for a Payroll Debit Card management system. In 2005, Les worked as a Senior Data Architect for Microsoft, designing a comprehensive data architecture for an enterprise-wide Product Data Management system. In 2007, they worked as a Metadata Architect for Expedia Group, designing and developing a metadata repository to support a new enterprise data warehouse. In 2008, Les worked as a Solution Manager & Architect for Microsoft, leading a mixed team that implemented a new encryption method and anti-piracy standard for Product Keys. Later in 2008, they worked as a Senior Data Architect for SAIC, designing an adaptive, high capacity data architecture for a new Smart Grid Management System. In 2012, Les worked as a Solution Manager & Architect for Caterpillar, serving as the Architect and Solution Manager on a project that generates predictive Sales Leads for Service Contracts. Later in 2012, they worked as a Data Warehouse Architect for AllerMed, designing a cloud-based data warehouse for analyzing experimental test results for allergy immunotherapy products. Finally, in 2022, Les worked as a Senior Data Architect for TradeSun, Inc.

Les Barbusinski obtained a BS in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from Cornell University between 1971 and 1975. Les later obtained an MS in Software Engineering from National University between 1986 and 1988.
