Taisiya (Tia) Kapatsinskaya is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in pricing and client interactions. In the current role as Vice President at Tradeweb since November 2010, Taisiya has developed a strong expertise in managing financial transactions and data accuracy. Previously, Taisiya worked as a Mutual Fund Pricing Specialist at BNY Mellon, where responsibilities included client communication, trade settlement, and analysis of over-the-counter derivatives and fixed-income securities. Earlier career roles included customer service and operations at America First Associates and hospitality positions at Michael Jordan’s The Steakhouse NYC. Taisiya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Investments from Baruch College.
