Crist Stilianos

Crist Stilianos has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Crist started their career as an intern at Liz Claiborne, where they gained knowledge in employment regulations and assisted with organizational development strategies. Crist then moved on to work as a Coordinator in Talent Acquisition, where they handled recruitment for various fashion labels. Subsequently, they worked as a Recruiter at Calvin Klein, managing talent acquisition for multiple Calvin Klein labels and overseeing the ck Internship Program. Crist later joined Coach as a Recruiter for their Design and Creative Studios, responsible for full-cycle recruitment. Stilianos then transitioned to Macy's as an HR Manager, overseeing talent management for their Central Merchandising Office and later in Macy's China. Crist then joined Tiffany & Co. as a Manager in Human Resources, where they led talent management for the Americas. Stilianos then took on the role of Director at Eldridge Industries, serving as a firm-wide HRBP and involved in creating and implementing new systems and processes. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources and People at Tradewind Aviation.

From 2007 to 2011, Crist Stilianos attended the University of Michigan where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience. Crist successfully completed their studies at the university during this period. Additionally, in August 2017, Crist obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate, although the issuing institution is unknown.
