Arthur Einav

Arthur Einav has had a long and successful career in the legal sector. Arthur began their career in 2002 as an Associate at McCarthy Tétrault. Arthur then moved to Davis Polk & Wardwell in 2005, where they worked as an Associate. In 2010, they joined Sprott Inc. as Senior Managing Director, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. In 2012, they became a Director at Independence Contract Drilling. Arthur then joined Corsa Coal Corp. in 2014, where they also served as a Director. In 2018, they became a Director at Tradewind Markets, Inc. and in 2021 they were appointed as a Director at i-80 Gold Corp.

Arthur Einav obtained a B.Sc. in Human Biology from the University of Toronto between 1993 and 1998. Arthur then attended York University's Schulich School of Business, where they earned an MBA in Finance between 1998 and 2002. During this same time period, they also obtained an LLB from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School. In 2016, they received a National Association of Corporate Directors Board Leadership Fellowship and an ICD.D from ICD-Rotman's Directors Education Program.
