Nick Murphy has a strong background in the education recruitment industry. Nick served as the CEO of Tradewind Recruitment and SANZA Teaching Agency, two leading education recruitment agencies in the UK. In 2020, they became the CEO of Accelerate Teaching. Prior to their roles in education recruitment, they worked at Hays as a Regional Director and at Capita Education Resourcing as the National Operations Director for the UK. Nick also has experience in the insurance and financial planning sectors, having served as a Divisional Manager at Alexander Grey. In addition, they are currently a Board Trustee and Chair of Finance & Resources at LATCHMERE ACADEMY TRUST.
Nick Murphy attended Davidson High School in Sydney from 1990 to 1996, where they completed their Higher School Certificate. Nick then went on to study at the University of Newcastle from 1997 to 1999, earning a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Marketing.
