Tania Sultana

Tania Sultana has a strong background in finance and HR. Tania started their career at DS-Concept Factoring Bangladesh in 2012 as a Manager and worked there until 2018. In 2018, they joined Tradewind as an Assistant Vice President and has since been promoted to Vice President of Administration and HR. Currently, Tania holds the position of Head of Finance and HR for Tradewind in Bangladesh.

Tania Sultana has a comprehensive education history with a focus on human resources management and personnel administration. Tania completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh in 2013. Tania continued their studies at the same university and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at the United International University. Tania further enhanced their expertise in the field by completing a Master of Professional Human Resource Management program at the University of Dhaka from 2018 to 2020. Through their educational background, Tania Sultana has developed a strong foundation in human resources management and personnel administration.
