Ben Williams

Ben Williams has extensive work experience in the field of software testing and support. Ben started their career in 1994 at Cyberscience Corporation, where they worked as a software tester on a client-server reporting application. After completing their degree, they returned to Cyberscience and continued their testing work. In 1999, they joined Imago as a software test consultant, working on high-profile client sites and contributing to the development and maintenance of the corporate site. In 2001, Ben joined Ocado as an application support consultant, responsible for integration testing and later transitioned to a permanent employee position focusing on testing the browser application and delivery management systems. Ben also became part of the Application Support team, providing 24x7 support for delivery and warehouse systems. In 2008, Ben joined SunGard as an Automation and Technical Test Team Lead, leading a team in automation and technical testing until 2015. Since then, they have been working at Trading Apps Ltd in a role focused on testing and support.

Ben Williams attended the University of Brighton from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a BA degree in Computing and Information Systems.
