Molly Ingeman

Molly Ingeman has extensive experience in the banking industry, starting their career as a Bank Teller and Administrative Assistant at Crookston National Bank from 2004 to 2010. Molly then worked as an Intern at Scottrade in 2009. In 2010, Molly joined Alerus as a Customer Service Representative and also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of North Dakota from 2011 to 2012.

Molly later joined Northern Sky Bank as a Loan Assistant from 2009 to 2012 and then moved on to U.S. Bank, where they worked as a Credit Analyst from 2012 to 2015. Molly gained experience as a Senior Credit Analyst at United Bankers' Bank from 2015 to 2017 before transitioning to Tradition Capital Bank, where they held multiple roles including Relationship Manager, Vice President Credit Administration, Vice President Portfolio Manager, Senior Vice President Residential Mortgage & Construction, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President Credit Manager.

Molly Ingeman attended the University of Minnesota from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Economics and Finance. Following that, they pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota, completing their studies from 2010 to 2012.
