Alidad Moaveni

Alidad Moaveni has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Alidad currently holds the position of Desk Head - Private Capital Markets at Tradition Energy, a role they have held since June 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Partner and COO at AllMerus Energy Ltd (formerly MMC Energy UK Ltd) from November 2004 onwards. Before joining AllMerus Energy Ltd, Alidad was a Partner at MMC from 2003 to 2011.

Alidad Moaveni completed their Bachelor of Arts (hons) in Quantitative Economics from UC San Diego in the years 1988 to 1992. Alidad then pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from USC Gould School of Law from 1994 to 1997. Later, in 1997 to 1998, they attended the University of Cambridge for a Master of Laws (LLM) degree.
