Itzel Lopez

Itzel Lopez is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Tradition Golf Club since October 2022, Itzel focuses on talent acquisition, employee training and development, performance management, and compliance with legal regulations. Previously, Itzel held roles as Human Resources Manager and Generalist at The Management Trust, where key responsibilities included employee relations and policy implementation. Additional experience includes providing employee support at Ernie Ball Music Man and coordinating employee programs at Agua Caliente Casinos. Itzel began a career in youth development at the Boys and Girls Club of Coachella Valley. Itzel holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from San Diego State University.
