Martijn Hoffmans

Martijn Hoffmans has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Martijn started their career as a Social Care Worker and Group Therapist at Triversum in 2000. From there, they worked as an Art Therapist and Licensed Youth Counselor at Curium-LUMC and GGZ Noord-Holland-Noord. In 2010, they joined Sticht. ADHD en Aut. Centrum West-Friesland as a Licensed Youth Counselor and ASD Specialist. In 2014, they became the Owner of AutThere, before transitioning to the senior living industry. Martijn held various roles at Brookdale, including Sales Counselor, Marketing Coordinator, Manager Sales and Marketing, and Director of Sales and Marketing. Currently, they are the Regional Director of Marketing and Leasing at Tradition Senior Living, LP since September 2020.

Martijn Hoffmans began their education at Stenden University Leeuwarden in 1996, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Art Therapy/Therapist in the year 2000. Later on, in 2011, they enrolled at the University of Amsterdam and studied Educational Psychology until 2013.
