Julie Richmond

Julie Richmond has over seven years of experience in customer service and logistics management. Currently serving as the Customer Service Manager at Tradition Transportation since October 2016, Julie oversees customer interactions and service quality. Prior to this role, Julie worked as a Sourcing Manager at Eagle Logistics Services from September 2015 to March 2016, where responsibilities included managing customer freight coverage with contracted carriers and conducting end-of-month reporting on revenue costs, profits, and margin percentages. Julie is a graduate of Eastside High School.
