Andy Wade

Andy Wade has a significant amount of experience in the healthcare industry. Andy currently holds the position of President at Traditions Management LLC since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the COO at Traditions Management from January 2016. Andy also has experience as the Director of Operations at both Traditions Management and Alcore Senior Living. Additionally, they held the position of Vice President of AL and Home Health Operations at AdCare Health Systems, Inc., where they were responsible for the management of Assisted Living Facilities and a Home Health Agency in Ohio. Andy started their career at AdCare Health Systems as the Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator.

Andy Wade earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of Michigan between 1993 and 1997. Later, between 2012 and 2014, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on MBA from Wright State University.
