Michelle O has a diverse work experience. Michelle currently works as a Medical Social Worker at Traditions Health since 2022.

Previously, Michelle worked as a Social Work Intern at RADY'S CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL OUTPATIENT PSYCHIATRY SAN DIEGO from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they performed assessments, diagnoses, and client plans, conducted individual and family sessions using various evidence-based practices, and collaborated with other service providers. Michelle also created and led social and coping skills groups, worked with non-English speaking families, and advocated for clients and families.
