Shane Campbell

Shane Campbell has a significant amount of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on compliance and operations.

Shane is currently the Chief Compliance Officer at Traditions Health, a position they have held since April 2023.

Prior to this, Shane worked at Tower Health as the VP and Chief Compliance Officer from March 2019 to April 2023.

Shane also held roles at Maxim Healthcare Services, including SVP and Chief Compliance Officer from February 2017 to February 2020, and Vice President of Compliance from June 2010 to January 2017.

Before joining Maxim, Shane served as a Regional Operations Director at DaVita from December 2006 to May 2010.

Earlier in their career, they were the Administrator of SSM Homecare at SSM Health from November 2003 to December 2006, and the Senior Director of Payer Relations at HealthLink, Inc. from April 2002 to November 2002.

Shane began their career at Golden Rule Insurance, where they held the position of Manager of Health Services Programs and Administration from February 1998 to April 2002.

Shane Campbell has an education history that includes an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BSN in Nursing from Ball State University. In addition to their degrees, they also hold certifications in Health Care Compliance (CHC) from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) obtained in October 2013. Shane is also a Registered Nurse, certified by the Maryland Board of Nursing.
