Mark Schultz

Mark Schultz has over 28 years of experience in residential construction, with a strong background in project management and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Traditions of America since September 2020, Mark previously held positions as Construction Manager at PHV Homes and Toll Brothers Inc., where responsibilities included managing schedules, overseeing construction activities, and ensuring safety and compliance on job sites. Mark also has experience in quality control, having served as Director of Quality Assurance at Richmond American Homes and managing operations at various construction and retail companies. Mark is HAAG Certified as a Residential Roof Inspector and has a diploma in General Studies from Ridley High School.
