Rasmus Justesen

Head of Customer Success at Traede

Rasmus Justesen is the current Head of Customer Success at Traede. Prior to this, they worked as a bartender at Boutique Lize for two years, and before that they were a Sales and Marketing Intern at BDP Event, Congress & Cruise. Rasmus has also worked as an OTT Customer Service Specialist at Discovery Networks Denmark for four years, where they were responsible for all customer service activity on the streaming service Dplay. Rasmus is a Zendesk enthusiast and has experience working with Mailchimp, Gigya, Microsoft Office, DIBS payment system, Google Tag Manager, Jira Atlassian, Smartsheet, and Bmetric.

Rasmus Justesen has a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from Copenhagen Business Academy as well as an AP degree in Marketing Management from the same school. Rasmus also has certification from Teknologisk Institut in Projektledelse af IT-projekter and GroupM Danmark in GroupM Digital Campus '16.

Rasmus Justesen reports to Christopher Heilmann, CEO, Founder. They are on a team with Esben Petersen - CTO, Founder, Kian Bahari - CCO & CO-Founder. and Alexander Westerhoff - Senior Customer Success Manager reports to Rasmus Justesen.
