Rob Rogers

Senior Director, Saint Paul Operations Center at Trafera

Rob Rogers began their work experience in 2003 as a Technology Paraprofessional at Anoka-Hennepin ISD 11, where they provided technical assistance to staff and students. Rob then moved on to PartStock Computers in 2004, starting as a Lead Tech and later becoming a Tech Manager, responsible for overseeing a team and managing daily production. In 2014, Rogers joined Trinity3 Technology as the Director of Technology, a role they held until 2021. Currently, they are employed at Trafera, where they started as the Senior Director of Repair Operations and eventually became the Senior Director of the Saint Paul Operations Center.

Rob Rogers earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of North Dakota from 1995 to 1999. Rob then pursued further education at Minneapolis College, where they obtained an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree in Computer Support and Network Administration from 2001 to 2003.
