David Nicola

David Nicola currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at TPD, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, David held the position of Business Development/Government Affairs Manager for NJ, PA, MI, and OH at Colliers Engineering & Design from August 2016 to October 2025, and previously worked as a Business Development Executive at Maser Consulting until February 2021. David has also served as the Director of Business Development, Marketing, and Public Relations at GTS Consultants, Inc., and as an Elected Councilperson for the Borough of Seaside Park. Additional experience includes the role of Executive Director at the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce-New Jersey and Manager of TEC at LADACIN Network. David Nicola holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Political Science from Monmouth University and possesses skills in business advocacy, relationship building, budgeting, event planning, and public speaking.
