Scott Goodman, M.B.A., LL.B. has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Scott is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at TRAFFIX since April 2022. Scott also held senior leadership positions at Parmalat Canada Inc. from 2007 to 2017, where they served as the SVP of Human Resources. Parmalat Canada is a prominent dairy food producer with multiple manufacturing locations and a significant employee base.

Before their tenure at Parmalat Canada, Scott worked at University Health Network and Ogilvy Renault, where they held various roles in labor relations, human resources, and legal capacities.
