Yvette Hansbury-Robinson

Director, International at Trafford College

Yvette Hansbury-Robinson has been working in the field of education for over 25 years. Yvette started their career as a clerk and cashier at Halifax, before moving into teaching at Leek College. After 6 years as a Programme Leader and Lecturer, they took on the role of Head of Curriculum for Humanities at Cheshire College - South & West. In 2009 they became the International Programmes Manager, a position they held for 10 years until their recent move to Trafford College as Director, International.

Throughout their career, Yvette has been committed to ensuring all students have access to quality education, regardless of their background or location. Yvette has worked with colleagues to create new programmes and opportunities, both locally and overseas, which have broadened students' horizons and enriched their learning experiences. Yvette's dedication to their work has been recognised by their peers, and they have received numerous awards and accolades over the years.

Looking to the future, Yvette plans to continue working in international education, helping more students to benefit from the unique opportunities it provides.
